NoDa, short for North Davidson, is Charlotte's arts and entertainment district and one of the best neighbourhoods in the city for bars and nightlife. The area around North Davidson Street and 36th Street is packed with craft cocktail bars, neighbourhood pubs, craft breweries, and live music venues all within walking distance of each other. NoDa happy hour spots tend to run specials from around 4pm through 7pm on weekdays, and several bars stay open until 2am on weekends making it one of Charlotte's best late night destinations. If you want somewhere with more character than South End and less corporate than Uptown, NoDa is the right neighbourhood.
